55kg load drone winch is a high-performance, intelligent payload solution designed for heavy-lift drones requiring exceptional load-carrying capabilities. Engineered with precision and innovation, this robust drone winch system is ideal for demanding applications such as emergency rescue, logistics delivery, industrial inspections, and agricultural operations. With a maximum load capacity of 55kg and a rope length of 30 meters, the smart load release winch ensures safe, precise, and efficient payload deployment while maintaining operational flexibility.
The XD Series features versatile cargo winches compatible with a broad range of industrial-grade drones. The XD-10 integrates seamlessly with platforms like DJI M300 and M350 via the PSDK protocol. The XD-50, designed for heavier payloads, is compatible with large multirotor drones such as DJI Agras T60, T50, T40, and other industrial drones. Both models can operate independently using a universal controller or be integrated into third-party drone ground stations for unified, streamlined control.
The XD-55 is designed for heavy-duty drone operations. In addition to its powerful 55kg payload capacity, it offers multiple control and communication interfaces to meet different platform and ground station development needs:
· 55 Kg capacity winch with PWM control: The XD-55 natively supports PWM control, allowing direct connection with common RC channels. It enables real-time lifting, lowering, and one-click release, making it suitable for most flight controllers and RC systems.
· 55 Kg capacity winch with SBUS control: The winch comes with SBUS control as a standard option, providing seamless integration with mainstream RC and flight control systems. It ensures precise position management and reliable release logic.
· 55 Kg capacity winch with RS232 control: Available with RS232 control (optional), it supports direct communication with traditional serial devices and ground control systems. This makes it ideal for telemetry, remote operation, and data feedback, and it can serve as a key channel for ground station development.
· 55 Kg capacity winch with RS422 control: Supports RS422 control (RS232/RS422 optional) for more stable long-distance and interference-resistant communication. It is well-suited for professional ground station integration and industrial applications requiring robust data links.
· 55 Kg capacity winch with CAN Bus control: Offers CAN Bus control (optional), allowing easy integration into modular avionics or vehicle bus systems. This interface is highly reliable for multi-node redundancy, sensor networks, and industrial-grade drone applications.
· 55 Kg capacity winch with remote control: By default, the XD-55 supports handheld remote control operation. This ensures intuitive manual intervention, quick release, and safe rope management during missions.
· 55 Kg capacity winch with TTL control: For embedded solutions requiring low-voltage serial interfaces, TTL control (customizable via level shifter/adapter) is available. This allows direct connection with single-board computers, embedded controllers, or custom modules. Please specify voltage levels and interface requirements when placing an order.
· 55 Kg capacity winch for ground station development: The XD-55 is an excellent choice for ground station development, supporting multiple interface options (RS232/RS422/CAN, PWM, SBUS, remote control). Communication protocol documentation, frame format, and sample code can be provided to help development teams quickly integrate ground control, status monitoring, and mission automation. SDKs and protocol documentation are available upon request.
Interface voltage levels, pin definitions, and protocol frames can be customized. For best compatibility and reliability, please specify the target flight controller or ground station system during ordering.
For long-distance ground station communication, RS422 or CAN Bus is recommended for better anti-interference performance.
TIPs:
1. When using SBUS or PWM control, after executing the one-touch lift or one-touch cargo release function, promptly return the button to the neutral position.
2. During ground testing of the one-touch cargo release, ensure the test height is greater than 1.5 meters.
3. For heavy lifting tests, when using the standard 30m rope, ensure that no more than 3 meters remain inside the winch. This prevents the rope from being compressed onto the inner spool layers under excessive load.
4. The outer shell has been upgraded to a high-strength molded housing, enhancing durability and wear resistance.
5. The fuse-break battery is now built-in and supports automatic recharging. Avoid using the emergency rope-cut function unless absolutely necessary.
