Winch Rope Replacement Guide

Part 1: Remove the existing winch rope, pay out rope fully

Pull aluminum nuts, cut aluminum ferrule rope;

Pull out rope;

Thread rope through ceramic guide eye;

Feed into drum’s round end port, pull from oval side;

Tie two secure dead knots at rope end;

Insert Aluminum ferrule;

Crimp ferrule with compression pliers;

Seat Ferrule in oval port.

Power on equipment, insert SBUS receiver, slow-flashing green power light.

Execute ascend command to retract rope.
